Established in 1989 by Anthony J Phillips (FRICS) as a high quality residential and commercial estate agency practice, the firm has developed strong links within the local area and continues to provide expert advice and professional service to its clients.
Having ceased the residential estate agency several years ago, A J Phillips now focuses primarily on commercial property and surveying services, yet still carries out a range of residential property surveys and valuation work.
