Millar Sandy is a specialist firm of Commercial Property Surveyors established in 1997 by David Sandy and Kevin Millar. We are  based in Stafford town centre, providing commercial property and surveying services throughout Staffordshire and the West Midlands.

The partners have a combined sixty years experience of dealing with commercial, industrial and residential property matters in Staffordshire and the West Midlands.

Kevin Millar’s fields of expertise include the valuation, sale and letting of commercial property, rent review and lease renewal work acting for both landlords and tenants, and rating.

David Sandy is a specialist in residential surveying and valuation work for building societies, banks and private clients, building surveying, dilapidations, compensation and rating.
