Stafford Leisure Centre boasts an impressive eight lane, 25 metre swimming pool, a teaching pool with state of the art moveable floor, an easyline gym circuit for gentle workouts (housed in its own private studio), a multi-purpose fitness studio, squash courts, a four-court sports hall, Bodytonic beauty suite, and a training suite which is available for hire.

Membership includes a free one to one induction, where you will be shown how to use all of the equipment; a personal fitness programme designed by one of our qualified instructors to help you reach your goals; ongoing programme evaluation; and free access to the gym, swimming pool and a wide range of fitness classes including ‘indoor cycle’. |
