Neighbourhood Watch

If you’re interested in joining Neighbourhood Watch or need some crime prevention advice, telephone 01785 234129 and speak with either your local Neighbourhood Watch co-ordinator (Ash Connor), a Crime Prevention officer or Neighbourhood Police Community Support Officer.

Officers are urging shoppers and visitors to have a safe and enjoyable time in Stafford Borough by following some simple crime prevention advice:

  • Never leave your purse, wallet or valuables on show.
  • When you use the ATM, cover the keypad and hide your PIN number. Don’t be distracted by passers-by.
  • Be discreet when using your mobile phone and put it safely away when you’ve finished your call.
  • Don’t leave unattended bags on trolleys or backs of chairs.
